Terms and Conditions of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Limini. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Limini is a professional tool intended solely for adults: to create an account or use our services you must be at least 18 years old, and by accepting these Terms you represent that you meet that requirement. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. These terms govern your use of the public SaaS platform, which facilitates the discovery of professionals, event management, ticketing, and subscription services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Limini SpA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Data Exposure and User Consent

As a public directory and event platform, Limini fundamentally relies on the exposure of professional data. By creating a profile, you explicitly consent to the public display of your provided information, including names, biographies, photographs, professional statistics, and contact modalities. You retain ownership of your content but grant Limini SpA a worldwide license to use and display this content to facilitate platform operations.

3. Personal Data and Your Rights

In Chile, personal data is governed by Law No. 21,719, which comes into full force on 1 December 2026, and this platform is being brought into line with it. You may update your information at any time from your account. You may also delete your account from within the application: that deletion is immediate and removes the data associated with your profile, except for (i) what we must keep under a legal obligation —payment transaction records, for instance— or for the establishment or defence of legal claims, and (ii) the content you published for the public —articles and reviews— which stays online detached from your profile and without your contact details. If you want us to take that content down too, ask before deleting the account or write to datos@impactia.us. You may also exercise in writing your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking: we record every request with a case number and its date, we acknowledge receipt when it reaches us, and we notify you when we close it, with its final status. We answer requests for access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability within a maximum of 30 calendar days, with no extension. Blocking is a precautionary measure rather than a response deadline: while the regulation does not yet specify it, we commit to acting on it within 2 business days. Write to datos@impactia.us, the channel we have set up for exercising these rights.

4. Tickets and Services Sales

Limini facilitates the sale of event tickets and professional services. The transaction is processed with Mercado Pago under a marketplace split model: the user who published the event or service and connected their Mercado Pago account is the merchant of record for the charge and is solely responsible for delivering the event or service, while Limini SpA acts as the technical intermediary and platform operator. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. Where an Organizer or Professional sets their own cancellation terms, those terms are only enforceable against you if they were communicated to you before the purchase.

5. Subscription Management

Certain premium features require a recurring subscription. New accounts include a 14-day trial that does not require a payment method. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies or applicable law requires otherwise. If a recurring charge fails, access to premium features may be interrupted.

6. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

You agree to use Limini solely for lawful professional networking and event management. You shall not engage in data scraping, malicious interference, or the uploading of fraudulent content. Organizers must not misrepresent their events, and Professionals must accurately reflect their credentials. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limini SpA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to canceled events, disputes between Organizers and Professionals, or loss of data. Our total liability in any matter related to the service is limited to the total fees paid by you to Limini SpA in the 12 months preceding the claim.
