Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Limini SpA collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our services, attend events hosted on our platform, or interact with our public directory.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, build a Professional or Company profile, register for an event, buy a ticket or a service, or communicate with us. This includes contact data (name, email, phone number), professional data (job title, biography, social media links), financial data (billing details), the identity or tax documents you register in order to sell or to identify your company (for example, the Chilean RUT), and user-generated content (reviews, feedback, event descriptions). You enter your card or other payment details directly on the dLocal Go payment page: Limini SpA neither receives nor stores them.
2. Cookies and Automatically Collected Information
Limini SpA does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do measure, with our own tooling and without cookies, activity on the public pages: we record profile views, article views, contact clicks and sign-up steps, associated with an anonymous identifier stored in your browser's local storage, together with the path visited and the domain you arrived from. That measurement feeds the audience statistics we show to the professional and our own product metrics; it is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. The only cookies we set are those strictly necessary to keep your session open across our subdomains; without them you cannot sign in to an account. As with any web service, our hosting infrastructure and our database provider also record technical data about requests —IP address, browser type and time of access— for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
Limini SpA uses your data to operate, maintain, and improve our platform. Specifically, we use it to: (a) display your public professional profile as intended by our directory service; (b) process charges, calculate and document the platform fee, and send you related information, such as the tickets you buy; (c) facilitate communication between Event Organizers and Professionals; (d) provide customer support; (e) monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve platform architecture; and (f) detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: (1) With Event Organizers when you register for their event, and with whoever sells you a ticket or a service, the purchase details they need to deliver it to you; (2) With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting). Our payment processor is dLocal Go: to charge, it receives the purchase details (amount, currency, country and description) and the data you enter on its payment page, and for what it processes on behalf of Limini SpA it acts as a data processor; what you hand to it directly on that page it also processes under its own policies. If you sell on the platform, your payout account is your own dLocal Go account, and dLocal Go verifies your identity with you under its own terms; (3) In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data transmitted through the internet.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal data. In Chile, Law No. 21,719 —in full force from 1 December 2026— recognizes the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking. You may delete your account directly from the application, or exercise any of these rights by writing to contacto@limini.app, the channel we have set up for that purpose. We record every request with a case number and its date, we acknowledge receipt when it reaches us, and we notify you when we close it, with its final status. We answer requests for access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability within a maximum of 30 calendar days, with no extension. Blocking is a precautionary measure rather than a response deadline: while the regulation does not yet specify it, we commit to acting on it within 2 business days. If you live outside Chile, we will handle your request under the law that protects you.
