When you access Impactia, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about your interactions with the platform (such as pages visited, clicks, and session durations). We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate this collection and enhance your user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
Impactia uses your data to operate, maintain, and improve our platform. Specifically, we use it to: (a) display your public professional profile as intended by our directory service; (b) process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; (c) facilitate communication between Event Organizers and Professionals; (d) provide customer support; (e) monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve platform architecture; and (f) detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access.

We may share your information in the following circumstances: (1) With Event Organizers when you register for their event, allowing them to manage attendance and follow up; (2) With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting); (3) In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
